ROPP Capping Machine (Roll-On Pilfer Proof Capper)
The ROPP Capping Machine from Wind Pack Solutions provides precise, tamper-evident sealing for bottles with aluminum ROPP caps. Using roll-on pilfer-proof (ROPP) technology, the machine forms threads on the cap during sealing, achieving a tight fit and a pilfer-proof band for product integrity.
Our ROPP capping systems are suitable for industries like beverages, edible oil, pharmaceutical liquids, chemicals, cosmetics, and more. Available in semi-automatic, single head, or multi-head / rotary configurations to match your production needs.
